Welcome!
If you want to improve your tin whistle, low whistle or Uilleann Pipes playing and are interested in online tuition or face-to-face lessons, I would only be happy to help!
Both private and group lessons are available!
Originally from Keady, Co.Armagh, I started my musical career with the Armagh Pipers Club where he attended Uilleann Pipe lessons. Where I progressed through ranks to become one of the senior teachers at the club before touring in a full time capacity. I currently teach music lessons privately, online and through various music schools including North Coast Trad and the Comhaltas. I have taught music all over the world and am delighted to offer music lessons to people all over the world via zoom/skype or face-to-face in Ballycastle, Co. Antrim or Belfast.

Where are the Lessons?
Lessons are Face-to-face in:

Online lessons arranged via Zoom, Skype or WhatsApp.
What will we learn in the Lessons?
Beginner
How to handle, control, get the most from your instrument. Start off with various exercises, scales, tone of the instrument and then start learning beginner repertoire.
Intermediate
Working through more advanced tunes than you have done, introducing technique and ornamentation.
Advanced
Working through more advanced tunes, working through technique, ornamentation, rhythm and phrasing, repertoire, with exercise and practice tips.
When are the Lessons?
Ballycastle
Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Belfast
Tuesday 7-9:30PM. Maddens Bar.
Portrush
Wednesday 5-8PM.
Online lessons arranged via Zoom, Skype or WhatsApp.
How much are the Lessons?
Individual lessons are £30 per hour. Although, One hour slots are nearly sold out.
30 minutes – £15
40 minute – £20
Group lessons are £10 per person (but require at least 3 people in each class to run)
